What better leg workout finisher? Giving you training partner a piggy back up a flight of steps!
Firstly I give Lois a piggy back up the stairs, when we go down and she carries me up.
There is a massive weight difference so it was actually quite easy for me to carry her up the stairs. However Lois is a very strong woman and she was able to give me a piggy back.
Remember this was after our length leg workout which involved squats, dead lifts, bulgarian split squats, glute ham raise, stair sprints and other exercises!
Unconventional leg training is the best!
