Here is a chest workout that can be done at home. Or a chest workout that can be done anywhere for that matter. Using just bodyweight here are 3 exercises that will work and build your chest, shoulders and triceps.
Exercise 1:
decline press up - to increase the stretch on the chest then use press up bars or small dumbells to elevate the hands and allow you to increase the range of motion, increasing the stretch on the chest muscle. Make sure if it a slow movement and you hold the stretch rather than bouncing up.
Exercise 2:
Archer push up - nice controlled movement depending on which side you are going on will depend which side of the chest is emphasised. This is a bodyweight favourite!
Exercise 3:
Atlas Push Up - this is a forgotten favourite and really emphasises the stretch on the chest!
Do 4 sets of each exercise, and this workout won't take long at all!
